Part order delivered and the company could care!!

TERRIBLE experience with THE BIG BROWN CARRIER BAG company. They take your order and your money but only delivered HALF or my order. When I contacted them they fobbed me off and blamed DHL. When I contacted them for a 2nd time they just did not bother to reply. If you want your full order, use a different company. My only hope of a refund is by going to PayPal.
