Products good, customer service not!

I have ordered multiple times as the products are good.
However, this order there was 1 product missing - Large Pink Bags.
I needed them for an event!
Called Customer Services 3 times to get a response. Was told it could be DHL or a mis-pick.
It was obviously a mis-pick as they arrived days later with no explanation.
