Disappointing customer service

I am very happy with the carrier bags and bought two packs of one size and one pack of another. Within seconds of hitting the "Confirm purchase" button I realised that I had got the quantities the wrong way round. I rang immediately to ask if the order could be amended and was told in no uncertain terms that it couldn't. So I now have a nice product in the wrong quantities. I could understand if I had called an hour or more after placing my order, but I really would have thought that it would be possible to make the requested change after only a few minutes - 10 at most. So mixed feelings really - nice product but unhelpful customer service.
