Usually a very good service from this company but my recent order resulted in the wrong style bags being confirmed and delivered. They didn't seem to believe that I had ordered the correct item and believed it was my mistake. They have yet to agree to collect these bags which are totally unsuitable for my business and expecting me to pay for them. They have sent me the correct bags since but still awaiting their decision to collect the incorrect items delivered
